Last updated 17 October 2026. These terms apply when you buy a ticket for any event through FallØut India.

Who runs the event

FallØut India does not own, promote or produce the events listed on this site. Each event is run by a separate organiser, named on that event's page. FallØut sells tickets for that organiser as an authorised reseller.

The contract for your attendance is between you and the organiser. The organiser sets the lineup, the timings, the venue and the entry rules, and can change them.

Cancellations, postponements and refunds

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once bought, unless the organiser decides otherwise.

If an event is cancelled, postponed, cut short, moved to another venue, or if the lineup changes, that is the organiser's decision and the organiser is responsible for it. Whether a refund is offered, how much it is and when it is paid are decided by the organiser alone. FallØut does not promise a refund and does not fund one.

What FallØut will do: pass your request to the organiser, give you their decision, and if the organiser releases a refund, pass it on to you using the method you paid by. We will tell you honestly if an organiser refuses or stops responding.

Nothing here takes away rights you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be signed away.

Entry, age and ID

Most events are 21 and over. Carry a government photo ID. The venue and the organiser hold the right of admission and can refuse or remove you, including for intoxication, unsafe behaviour or failing an ID or security check. A refusal on those grounds is not refundable.

Cover charges and what your ticket includes

Unless an event page says otherwise, your ticket buys entry only. Some events add a cover charge paid at the gate, which the venue collects, and some make that cover redeemable against food and drink. Each event page states the cover for that event. Cover charges are set by the venue or the organiser, not by FallØut.

Prices and availability

Prices shown are the price at the time you look. Organisers move between pricing phases and can sell out a tier without notice. A price on this site is not held for you until your order is confirmed. Where a price here differs from a ticketing platform, the price you are charged is the one confirmed to you at purchase.

At the event

You attend at your own risk and you follow the venue's rules. FallØut is not responsible for loss, damage or injury at an event, except where the law does not allow that to be excluded. Report anything unsafe to venue staff at the time.

Your details

To issue a ticket we take your name, phone number and, where the organiser requires it, your ID at the door. We share what the organiser needs for entry and guest lists. We do not sell your details.

These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
